On the cocktail side of things, today Ben is drinking a Oops, It's Already Empty while Matthew is drinking a Fall in the Standings. Recipes below.

Oops, It's Already Empty

• 1 1/2 oz Bourbon
• 1/2 oz Spiced Pear Liqueur
• 3-5 oz Apple Cider
• 2 Lime wedges
• Fill a highball glass with ice, add a portion of the apple cider then add the bourbon and spiced pear liqueur and top with the remaining cider. Squeeze both lime wedges into the highball glass and drop in the spent wedges.

Fall in the Standings

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 3/4 oz Italicus
• 1/2 oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
• 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
• Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass with a large chunk of ice.
